I know I'm going to flamed or vulcanized for this reply,(LOL) but I don't aspirate.
Never will!!! I used to do it, but I stopped about a year ago. I suggest any novice and professional to aspirate. Me, its like "Truth or Dare!" LOL
I'm a newb piece-0-shit lol. But I'd aspirate a little too much/too hard, and it would make it hard to walk for days lol. This chick I talk to every now & again basically told me not to aspirate, and the injections since have been cake. No bruising, pain, anything. (All quad shots).
I hope no one ever listens to this advice. This can easily be one of the most dangerous advices I've ever seen posted. You should always aspirate, you are taught this in medical school. If air gets into the blood stream there's a chance that you could get an embolism that would pretty much kill you. If you are trying to improve your body why take such a huge risk at something that would take 2 seconds to do?

If you prepared the syringe right than you should not inject air into the stream if you do not aspirate. Im in the medical field and i do aspirate on my patients, but when i give my self injections i do not aspirate. Once again if you prepared the syringe right, dont aspirate, and inject in the blood stream you should be fine, other than waste your gear.
