Have you been drinking lately?
Do you smoke?
Have you started or stopped any sort of medications?
Did you recently give up caffine or any other type of stimulant?
Have you been regular recently?
What has your water intake been like?
Have you suffered any recent head or neck trauma?

You can't answer a question with a question - or in this case a series of them.
