AS at high BF%

Wanted to show some 1 year Before/After pics and hopefully discredit all of you who say you need to be 12% to start a cycle. AS helped me get down in size and when i dieted so long a clean bulker with TEST/EQ i think did me well. I've got 20-25 lbs. to lose now but i feel much leaner even though it may be pure perception due to added muscle. I've lost a significant amount of fat. Cold flexed here at 252 lbs. @ 6 ft. I don't want to know BF% so don't guess. lol
 
You can use AAS at 50 % bf if you want to .

But IMO at 50 % bf all you need to look better is diet and cardio .

And you don't need AAS to preserve muscle if your bf is so high , all you need is a decent protein intake .

AAS should be used in 2 cases :

1- to gain muscle

2- to preserve muscle when trying to reach ULTRA low body fat levels . Someone who is above 12 % is not risking to lose muscle when dieting naturally ( of course assuming protein intake is high ) . It is 12 % and under that the risk starts , then you need AAS .

I don't see the point in someone trying to gain muscle if they are above 15 % . Above 15 % that person should be focusing in losing fat .

BTW - I was 27 % 3 months ago , Now I am 12 % . My body is starting to seriously struggle to lose fat . Althought I am gonna keep trying to reach 9 % before I start my cycle .

We are fighting big time , he says : " no more fat burning for you chubby " and I say : " oh really , how about I start my day with 50 minutes running in the damn SOFT SAND , how about that ? are you gonna be able to hold on to the fat after that ? "

O.K, you have a great point here and i won't discredit. However, i personally wanted to build my frame out first before dieting down. I think the only issue I had until last week was the fact that supposedly aromatisation occurs in adipose and it was brought to my attention that those higher in BF would struggle with sides a bit more. If I could do it over I would have chose like Tren/winny/EQ/prop cycle but i didn't want all the pokes. Without getting off topic, i agree with you BUT I chose to add some muscle so i wouldn't feel like such a puss. I sure hope your right about me not having to need AS to cut now since i'm at higher BF. I'm 1 day in PCT and worried bigtime. =)

Thanks bro! I still feel like the little fat boy but at least i'm married to a knockout. Oh yeah, I love people asking me if i'm in the UFC or a bouncer. he he. Guess it's time to look more like Vinny for once in my life. My goals are a 34" pant size. I don't give a shit what my weight is. I was in 32" pants in 2001, I'm in 38's now. I'm hoping 8-10 weeks!
 
good job...You should try out yohimbine HCL (5-7mg twice daily) along with some EGCG that'll burn some more fat around the mid section...I think the af store has 'YES' or something like that, that contains yohimbine HCL.

Try cardio in the morning before breakfast and lightly (15-25 mins) after a workout. Take 500mg-1g of vit C and 7 grams of BCAA before each cardio session.
 
Good job. I am 15% and I see huge difference as well. But at the same time my goal isnt ever to be 9%. I just like being a big mofo and looks solid. I dont care if im "ripped". I dont know maybe one day i will try to cut down.

Thanks.. In reference Cityhick mentioning being ripped to the point of a six pack. I'm not sure if i'll go that far either. I'll have to see how my skin reacts to rapid weight loss. I was thinking stopping at 15% but like i said earlier - a 33/34 inch pant is my goal. Anyone here tried Lipodrene? Dayum this stuff is kicking my arse.
 
YEA i agree with you on BF issue, anyone wanting to use gear and was 15+ BF is demonized here... of course there's aditional risk factors but if your eating healthy and drinking lots of water FUCK EM!!!

also masteron works if you BF is higher than 10% FYI!!!

i for the life of me cant figure out how these rediculous statements stay in circulation on the boards, remeber those guys running micro and nano cycles LMAO!

is there really any reason not to use gear. even on the worst body it will only improve it. I mean they say skiny people shouldn't use gear till the gain weight naturally, but what happens if they do? the get bigger and look better.

My thoughts exactly. Conceptually, it's quite difficult to add muscle while losing fat but i've done it. My frame of mind is one-sided sometimes. I mean if i'm bulking i'm slamming eggs like skittles and waking up at 3 a.m. to swig on some Micellar protein. When i'm cutting i focused also. But i just get tired of people on here flamming people who have subpar BF% and telling them to NOT worry about gaining muscle and lose fat. I've been thin and i've been fat. I tell you i'd rather be JACKED and fat and let that muscle help fuel the metabolism when i cut.
 
Great work, man. You might want to research tren for more body transforming in the future. You should be proud of yourself.

I'm researching it as we speak. Looks like the holy grail of AS. I know the sides are significant and seems like every horror story lately on the boards in terms of gyno or other sides is TREN. Guess you just have to know what your doing and take necessary precautions. Thanks for the compliment.

man seeing ur results make me wanna get on im more fit than ur before well look it i guess lol. but im not sure. i need to lose weight gain muscle fastttttt because i need to be in shape to make it through the academy i been lifting for over a year now and am at 260 at 25 percent body fat.

I don't think you need to have a low body fat for AS use either. NFL lineman, power lifters, strong men, etc don't have low body fats but use. Different people have different goals. Nice work bro

I can relate to that. They never want to grow. I've put on 1/2" on arms this cycle but only 1/4" on calves. Depressing.

Peedity... I've got 3 long cycles under my belt. Last 2 probably contributed to what i look like now the most. I got off a 22 weeker just now. Other cycles were like 14-18 weeks...... 2 days into PCT and i feel like shit. Hard to get up in the morning., hard to train, etc.

well man all i can say is hang in there with the feelin like shit thing.....but i wouldnt let it get me down for to long you look great bro you have def come a long way.
