AS at high BF%

Wanted to show some 1 year Before/After pics and hopefully discredit all of you who say you need to be 12% to start a cycle. AS helped me get down in size and when i dieted so long a clean bulker with TEST/EQ i think did me well. I've got 20-25 lbs. to lose now but i feel much leaner even though it may be pure perception due to added muscle. I've lost a significant amount of fat. Cold flexed here at 252 lbs. @ 6 ft. I don't want to know BF% so don't guess. lol
 
You can use AAS at 50 % bf if you want to .

But IMO at 50 % bf all you need to look better is diet and cardio .

And you don't need AAS to preserve muscle if your bf is so high , all you need is a decent protein intake .

AAS should be used in 2 cases :

1- to gain muscle

2- to preserve muscle when trying to reach ULTRA low body fat levels . Someone who is above 12 % is not risking to lose muscle when dieting naturally ( of course assuming protein intake is high ) . It is 12 % and under that the risk starts , then you need AAS .

I don't see the point in someone trying to gain muscle if they are above 15 % . Above 15 % that person should be focusing in losing fat .

BTW - I was 27 % 3 months ago , Now I am 12 % . My body is starting to seriously struggle to lose fat . Althought I am gonna keep trying to reach 9 % before I start my cycle .

We are fighting big time , he says : " no more fat burning for you chubby " and I say : " oh really , how about I start my day with 50 minutes running in the damn SOFT SAND , how about that ? are you gonna be able to hold on to the fat after that ? "

O.K, you have a great point here and i won't discredit. However, i personally wanted to build my frame out first before dieting down. I think the only issue I had until last week was the fact that supposedly aromatisation occurs in adipose and it was brought to my attention that those higher in BF would struggle with sides a bit more. If I could do it over I would have chose like Tren/winny/EQ/prop cycle but i didn't want all the pokes. Without getting off topic, i agree with you BUT I chose to add some muscle so i wouldn't feel like such a puss. I sure hope your right about me not having to need AS to cut now since i'm at higher BF. I'm 1 day in PCT and worried bigtime. =)

Thanks bro! I still feel like the little fat boy but at least i'm married to a knockout. Oh yeah, I love people asking me if i'm in the UFC or a bouncer. he he. Guess it's time to look more like Vinny for once in my life. My goals are a 34" pant size. I don't give a shit what my weight is. I was in 32" pants in 2001, I'm in 38's now. I'm hoping 8-10 weeks!
 
good job...You should try out yohimbine HCL (5-7mg twice daily) along with some EGCG that'll burn some more fat around the mid section...I think the af store has 'YES' or something like that, that contains yohimbine HCL.

Try cardio in the morning before breakfast and lightly (15-25 mins) after a workout. Take 500mg-1g of vit C and 7 grams of BCAA before each cardio session.
 
Good job. I am 15% and I see huge difference as well. But at the same time my goal isnt ever to be 9%. I just like being a big mofo and looks solid. I dont care if im "ripped". I dont know maybe one day i will try to cut down.
