There was no Aryan race. All of the aforementioned designations are linguistic and cultural, i.e. they refer to sub-groups of a linguistic family usually called Indo-European, or in some circles, Indo-Germanic.

Of course it didn't originate there. They migrated from the steppes of Russia. Even though there has been some mixture in the Persian peoples, they are about as Aryan as the purest Aryans in (certain small areas in) India
