Life became much easier when I learnt to measure my protein powder and oil and throw it into a milkshake container with some psyillium husks and water. I can make all the meals for the day in only minutes, and they taste really good and (surprisingly) actually keep me reasonably satisfied. I have 3 liquid meals a day and 2 meals where I just eat different amounts of scrambled eggs, fried in different amounts of canola margarine (according to the ratios, obviously) and it works great for me.

mayonaise = yolk (prot + fat) + oil (fat)
 
Sucralose should be OK. Most people don't even absorb the majority of sucralose they consume, so it can't affect your blood sugar. But real foods are always best IMHO.
 
Wow, I love my Advantium oven. It`s like a microwave but cooks with light. I just take the chicken tenders out of the FREEZER pop as many in as needed and in 4 minutes they`re done. The tenders are small and boneless so you can get an exact protein figure (don`t have a scale) and its more satisfying than a shake for me.
