I realize it's from t-nation & they don't distribute ALA & anafit does distribute but wanted to get the experts rebutal to this chaps conclusions? I take 2 caps of glucorell a day & have for a while- always felt that at the very least it was a good anti-oxidant;

I realize this is a anabolic forum but I figure this forum get's the most looks & lot's of bro's take R-ala or ala

the article was a lot of nonsense. Dont waste your time reading t-nation.

the fact that he did not even address that R/S isomer issue shows that the author is basically retarded. (at least when it comes to this subject- giving him the benefit of the doubt, maybe he just did not research and recycled someone elses work-- it looks suspiciously like an older AST article)
