Does anyone know what Arnold's bodyweight was at his heaviest?

I believe the heaviest competition weight was 240lbs but his heaviest off season was 260lbs. only a 20lb difference where as the assholes today go from comp weight at 250 to off season 310+lbs.

i'm not sure he ever got to 260. he normally put on weight for a competion as opposed to taking weight off. the heaviest he ever competed at was 240 though.

When he came to the US he weighted above 260lbs. Bulky, but 260.

I've pics of him on his off season where he actually lost a lot of muscle mass and still wasnt fat at all. But I've also seen pics where he got pretty tubby as well.

i've never seen a pic of arnold where he looked tubby, i have seen pics where he looked skinny but never tubby.

Lets see, I go from 119lbs contest to over 152lbs offseason, thats gaining over 32lbs, so 250 to 310 would be like me gaining over 62 lbs proportionally, that makes me an asshole?

Well, when you put it that way...yes. But you still have a smoking hot body.... So it does not bother me...

I got up to 220 this winter and am at 205 right now. I have taken it off slowly over the past four months. NEVER, and i mean NEVER will i go 20 or more pounds over my ideal bodyfat level(usually 6-8%) again. It has been terrible taking it off. However, if you have no problem taking it off, then maybe its for you. For me.....never again.-WULF

Check out Lee Priest's off season pics. Gaining extra weight is one thing in order to gain some size but to gorge yourself with fried chicken, triple cheeseburgers, donuts, fries, pizza, milkshakes and whatever else is a disgrace. I don't care how great you look in comp, it means nothing if you have to look like this to get there.

..um...once he wom Mr. O. he typically lost size between the Mr. O contests and GAINED as the contest approached.
