Remember what I was saying about Larry Scott though. The story, and it is pretty well documented,
even in Scott's autobiography, was that there was a discussion about the safety of moving from like 5 to 10
mg or was it 10 to 15 mg of dbol a day. This discussion was among the top bodybuilders of the day
and I believe it might have taken place in Vince Gironda's gym or somewhere like that. Anyway, Scott
won the first Mr. O on like 10 or 15 mg of d-bol a day. And as I said, Scott had monster arms, even
with very old timey traiining methods. Arnold has always claimed he used small amounts of steroids
and even claims he has won contests naturally and that steroids are overrated. As far as I know he
only admits to using steroids in the 70's. Also remember that Bill Pearl was basically a natural bodybuilder,
and so was Reg Park I believe. I'm not knocking roids, just dosages and myths.
