I am just a little bit taller than Arnie - I believe he was 6' 1.5" and would go up to 260lbs in off season. I am around 265 right now with about 12-13%bf it's still a guess and I don't look any where near that size

He definitely had an amazing physique

Ronnie Coleman was SCARY, FREAKY in his prime. Nobody was stronger then Ronnie. Deadlifting 800 lbs.!!! Haney was good, but side by side Ronnie was better.
