you go out in these days to clubs and bars and its amazing how many guys have 20 inch arms, arnold didnt have that but again in his days his arsm where pretty much as big as it gets and few where even into bodybuilding.

To stand out in these days you need to work way harder

As much as I love arnie, I have to admit he hasnt got anything on Flex Wheeler. This is perfection, what every BB should strive to look like.

I used to love Arnold until I watched Flex on stage and went WOW! thats how I want to look. However im contempt with more of a serge nubret look, much more attainable.

Arnold all the way, coming from someone who saw him many times in person when I lived in Venice Beach during the 70's. The sad truth is that nowadays he wouldn't even win a regional contest the way things are today.
