Armidex dosage?

Does anybody know the proper Armidex dosage. I am currently taking 1mg/day which is what I was told to do. Other board members are saying it's way too much. I have read other member doing 2 or 3mg a day for higher dosages of Test. I am currently on 400mg test ang 400 mg eq a week for 10 weeks. If I should cut the dosage of armidex, please explain why. Cost isn't a factor.

You most likely don't need more than .25mg/day for that dosage. You don't want to eliminate too much estrogen.

I have found with the pill just crush them and mix with X amount of want say 30ml for 30 pills and then just think 1/4ml a day but shake befor eyou use it
