just thought id share some succes with my arm routine..i havent measured them and quite honestly i dont care what the number is because they are not the size i want them to be but they are growing!!!lol ive had real bad tendonitis so it has limited me as far as bicep work but i have been training them consistently for 6 weeks and have recently stopped using the elbow sleeve and have no pain..i train bi's after chest and tri's after delts..heres what ive been doing
tri's:
CG bench 5x5
skulls 2x8
rope pushdowns 2x10

bi's:
EZ bar curls 5x5
seated dbell curls 3x10
ive seen the most notable strength/size in my tri's i think only because ive been able to train without pain..the bi's will catch up though!!when i feel i can handle i will prolly add 1-2 sets of hammers for bi's..it seems everyone is always looking for the "secret" routine for arms..you may disagree with doing low reps for things like bi's but im just telling you that right now this is working for me..

arms are my weakness, in terms for size, they are strong, i can do ocncentration curls with 50's 55's yet they lack ... someone told me to try burnout supersets with training partner, aslo flexing the bi's and shaping them is another i have yet to try

...anyone try these methods before? I have decent muscle bellys in the arms but I need more definition and size or peakness per say ... im stagnating at 16 inch arms, i want 17's then id be a happy camper ..I was at 16 last year before I had to stop because of injurys, once agian i am here at this point

build your tri's..you cant make peak its a genetic thing..i have no peak but i can make my arms bigger..for bi's stick with a better mass builder like BB or ez curls or even preachers...if you still curling the same weight as last year your arms wont get bigger unless you went from curling 150 for 2 reps and now curl 150 for 15 reps..my point is even your arms need to get stronger so that they can get bigger..

well I mean like they where 16 last year before I stopped working out and in the past 4-5 months I have added 2 inches back on (agian), they grow really good, but I remember they slowed down at 16 from last year, I got them to about 16 22/32 ...almost 17, but they grow so slow in the 16's, I suppose your right on Tri's, but the concentration curls have worked awesome up in till now, maby thats what I am getting at... so maby they are getting ot used to them but arms are my downfall for my WHOLE body, they are BITCHES to grow ..lol

it may sound funny and i dont want to get into an argument but make sure you are squatting and doing deads..they help your entire body grow...

dont you feel strained using the 5x5 on the bis and tris? I did it for about 5 months and got all types of tendonitis, wrist and forarm pain..but man did they get strong. I no longer do 5x5 for the arms...for me they respond good, pain free to a bit more volume with lighter weights

it depends on your body..for some heavy weights low reps are hard on their joints..but by strengthening a muscle you are also strengthening the tendons as well which i simportant especially for those that may venture to the dark side of AAS..
