just thought id share some succes with my arm routine..i havent measured them and quite honestly i dont care what the number is because they are not the size i want them to be but they are growing!!!lol ive had real bad tendonitis so it has limited me as far as bicep work but i have been training them consistently for 6 weeks and have recently stopped using the elbow sleeve and have no pain..i train bi's after chest and tri's after delts..heres what ive been doing
tri's:
CG bench 5x5
skulls 2x8
rope pushdowns 2x10
bi's:
EZ bar curls 5x5
seated dbell curls 3x10
ive seen the most notable strength/size in my tri's i think only because ive been able to train without pain..the bi's will catch up though!!when i feel i can handle i will prolly add 1-2 sets of hammers for bi's..it seems everyone is always looking for the "secret" routine for arms..you may disagree with doing low reps for things like bi's but im just telling you that right now this is working for me..
