OMG!! In the movie "Over the Top!!1" Sylvester Stallone had a rig like that in his big rig. I just died when I clicked on that link and that memory came back to me.

Ego is a nasty thing, inside of training and out. What these fools failed to realize is that tendon strength is very important (most bb's only train their muscles not their tendons). You can build up the thickest heaviest door in the world, but it's only as stable as the hinges it rests on.


no shit. I'll never arm wrestle anyone again. I did about 6 months ago and fucked up my elbow real good. It took a couple months to heal and it affected my training bad

1) Shorter arms are better. Basic physics. Your arm is a third class lever; the farther out the weight is applied the more force necessary to move it.

2) Work your internal rotators. It's the opposite of your rotator cuffs.
