Alright bizatch. I was gonna wait a couple of weeks to take some photos but I think I might just have to do it this weekend.
 
Good job. It looks like your brachioradialis is pretty well developed. I'd like to see a pic of that arm in traditional biceps pose. How's the peak?

Working on it...I have very long muscle bellies - make it hard to peak and look right.

I hear ya. As you could probably tell from my arm pic, I got the other end of the spectrum- shorter muscle belly with a natural peak that I've never had to work for. I think both types look good if they're big and well-proportioned.

Looking good Corn. Your legs are freaking awesome. I also have long muscle bellies in my bi's (i think I should have been a monkey), and it is my lagging part as well. Its not that they dont grow, its that the grow longer and it a bit wider before the peak grows, it takes time...damn!

Anyway, looking good. Keep hitting em hard. btw - I have noticed that if I use a preacher bench on the cable machine, (doing curls), and go real heavy, I am getting a much better peak working.

Inclines, vertical preaches and incline hammers have helped with what little peak I have.

I like the preacher cable to burn out with as well.
