Yes, I know the best answer is see my doc.
That being said, the last right delt inject(last week) Was really sore for some reason. maybe bad angle, too much movement, that one special spot i could have hit to make it sore, ect....
Then it went away. But it was still a bit sore at the very bottom of the muscle on the side delt.
I pinned it again like 2 days ago. Was sore a little that day then all good. Now like 3 days later I have what feels like a tight muscle knot at the very bottom of the muscle belly. The thing is it feels slightly below the delt. But not in the bi or tri. I just really noticed it today. It doesnt hurt. When i push on it it feels like a muscle knot. But because I had an abnormally sore inject its making me wonder wtf?
I cant tell if its warm or not because the skin is obviously warm due to me fucking with it to see what it is.
When your delt makes that nice curve down to the side of your arm, its a little puffy. Cant see if its red or pink cause its all tattoo there.
Ofcourse the fear is that its an abcess. Sterile or otherwise, its not something I want. But why would it be one at least 3" from the injection site.
It also has that similarity, that if someone had done a sub Q inject with oil. I thought maybe I could have been off to the side a bit and actually gone through the muscle belly and now have some oil that settled and will take forever to go away.
Any thoughts. ?????
The plan is obviously to keep an eye on it. I'm not a procrastinator, if it starts to hurt or anything else I will be heading to my doc.
