I am also training with her: my diet and training has been posted on this site and I have recevied positive feedback. I would like to know women's thoughts, dosage and experiences with Arimidex. Has anyone tried arimidex and anavar together. Thanks in advance

What would be a good does of adex for a woman?

I just happened to be looking at a buddies AAS routine. He is an IFBB Pro. He uses .5mgs/day.

I like novladex better and noticed much better results then when I did arimidex just my two cents 
It depends. If this is a female athlete using testosterone, A-dex may be a better choice.
