Im taking 750mg test e/week and .75mg/day of Arimidex. My knees are fucked. Could it be that im supressing too much estrogen? Should i lower the dose to .5mg/day?
yes. Last time I used too much anti-e's felt like somebody had nailed my elbows/knees/ankles with a tire iron...repeatedly. Dunno what the time is on adex, was using AIFM myself. Took ~3-4 days to feel normal again.

Yeah will cut back to .5ed. Today i did flat bench. Not even heavy and my wrists wre absolutely killing me. Funny thing is last year i tried 1000mg Test/week cycle and was taking 1mg Adex/day and didnt experience any pain. Maybe it was because i had more test in me. What do you think?
We're all different with respect to AI needs and we don't even remain constant within ourselves as time passes. Each time you run a cycle, you have to to be alert to changes in your body's requirements with respect to control of aromatization.
id say that is appliccable to me. Needs seem to change. Funny thing though is that i seem to have a bit of water retention but sore joints. The water tells me i still have some estrogen. I dunno. My lower back is very tight(pumped) most of the time aswell. Never really felt this before on higher doses.
Im taking 750mg testosterone enanthate/week and .75mg/day of Arimidex. My knees are fucked. Could it be that im supressing too much estrogen? Should i lower the dose to .5mg/day?

arimidex killed my joints to the point where i had to drop my weight or the dex.. i chose dex.. switched to proviron which works for some great, including me ..50mg/day
Yeah sounds like you need to cut back some. I take it while on Deca-Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - and still have to watch the doses or I start to feel it in.
