If it works for you, use that shit! I prefer aromasin but if you respond well to adex, just use it

I dont know if it works.ill try it.aromasin dose is 12.5mg eod...arimidex????how much?

I think it's different for everyone. Depends on several things like bf %, AAS dosage and your particular biology. Blood tests are the only way to tell for sure. I started at .25mg EOD and slowly increased the dose until my symptoms subsided. Symptoms were sensitive nipples and excess water weight. I settled at .5mg ED on cycle of 500mg/week of test. Never got bloods.

Ill run 16 weeks of 500mg test ang 600 to 800 eq.so should i take .5 eod , ed????

Yea. I'd try lowering your test to 300mg and that will help you avoid the majority of the sides. Estrogen will be much easier to control too

If not gyno sensitive maybe start at .5 EOD and adjust as needed? If you already know how much aromasin you would take .5mg adex is roughly equivalent to 12.5mg aromasin. If you are gyno sensitive I'd wait until maybe someone more knowledgeable chimes in.

I've ran Adex for years and it works.... but not as good as Aro.

Adex is thought to be a very effective sulfatase/estrone inhibitor. It does an ok job on estradiol. Aro on the other hand is a more potent and effective for E2/estradiol and it's a suicide inhibitor.

For years I thought, who cares if one is slightly better. Adex is cheaper and it's done the job for me all these years, why change. Well, last year I was reading numerous accounts of joint problems, primarily the knees, when using Adex. I always ignored this because I attributed this to simply using too much, thus causing too little estrogen, thus causing joint problems.

It just so happens that I've had knee problems for years. Perhaps as long as I've been using Adex? Hmmmm.

I wondered if there was a correlation. So I switched over to Aro and my knees started to improve. I've always done squats. But they've always been very difficult for me (due to my knees). Since switching AI's, I've been squatting more than ever and my knees feel great.

What's even more interesting, in addition to my knees feeling better, I've kept my E2 lower and better managed gyno flare ups.

Just my 2 cents on Adex and Aro.

Nice info bro and I am glad that you posted that... Arimidex does not compare to aromasin... arimidex simply suppresses estrogen and i have seen so many guys still have estro problems while they were taking arimidex... aromasin is a superior choice in so many ways and it has added benefits in pct as well... i highly recommend it over arimidex... its the far more effective option...
