Arimidex and post cycle recovery

MadMachine

Hey guys. Here's the deal, when using clomid post cycle, my recovery never really happens. Would taking Arimidex help this, and since clomid is very similar to estrogen, would it be a waste of time to use both at once? (The idea being that the arimidex would interact with the clomid somehow.) Thanks, MM

Lawnsaver is, as always, correct.

Root around for some posts from Animal on just this combo. Fertility doctors told him he would never have kids, or somesuch, so he took clomid/arimidex and, well, to make a long story short, his wife had a kid last week.

The liquid kind is cheaper.

At the end of a cycle, your aromatase levels are high and your androgens are low.

Aromatase will convert any test you produce naturally into estro, so arimidex, an anti-aromatase, can definately help you there by preventing this and conserving natural test.

Proviron and cytodren have similar action. Huck and Stew have some good posts on these subjects. Do a search for more.

Arimidex is a great addition to postcycle therapy. But, not Cytadren. In a matter of fact, using Cytadren will make things worse. It does inhibit not only aromatisation but also body's production of androgens. If used in cycle, it has to be stopped 72 hours before starting Clomid.

Proviron should be another consideration along with clomid for your post cycle strategy. Here's an excerpt from the GainsKeeper Formula:

Proviron is a synthetic androgen that also acts as an anti-aromatase. When the intake of steroids ceases, the bodies own androgen levels are very low, yet the estrogen levels are still very high. This shifts the androgen to estrogen ratio in favor of the estrogens spelling bad news for the user. Proviron keeps the ratio in favor of the androgens without effecting the natural production of testosterone, thereby adding to spermatogenisis. This double action drug begins to reduce the amount of estrogen in the body by preventing the aromatization of testosterone to estrogen so that possible gyno, water retention and female pattern fat distribution may be avoided. It will also give the body a much harder look.

I read this on Gains Keepers but have read in many other articles that it is a great anti-cortisol and anti-aromatase for post cycle. How does cytodren prevent the HTPA from recovering? I haven't used it so have no first hand experience.

Pharmacology

Produces suppression of the adrenal cortex by inhibiting enzymatic conversion of cholesterol to pregnenolone, thus blocking synthesis of adrenal steroids; a compensatory increase in secretion of adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) occurs; Also inhibits estrogen production from androgens in peripheral tissues by blocking the aromatase enzyme.

Wow, thanks guys. Post cycle recovery has always been an enormous problem for me. If I can find a source for the Proviron, I will definately add it to my arsenal.

so would a proviron/liquidex stack

using the proviron and liquidex together work?
how would a dosage apply to that if so? from ==what you guys just said ..........

I ended my last cycle with an extended anavar "bridge" and hit up the armidex and clomid combo at the same time. My nuts are now bigger than they were when I started juice. Gonna have to stop that armidex/clomid soon or I will have trouble walking :)
