Arimidex advice please...

I'm currently on 100 mg prop EOD with 400 mg Deca/wk. I'm starting to get bumps under my nipples now. I have bromo and arimidex on hand but I have no experience with arimidex. Does anyone mind explaining to me how often to take it and at what dosage? Definitely appreciated.

0.5mg a-dex EOD is usually a good starting point

agree with RussianBull thats how my doc has me run it.but i run it throught
out the entire cycle.
