Arimadex and Nolvadex at same time?

Hi to all, new guy here and the board is great. Thanks for such a good info.
Would there ever be a reason to use both arimadex and nolvadex at the same time. Would they work well together or negate one another?
Im on a 140mg test enathate e/w trt program. Mid 40's in age. Pretty good condition for anyone of any age. But always looking for a safe way to improve.

if its doctor prescribed trt ask your doc. he may have a specific protocol he uses when he sees your estrogen levels after bloodwork.

Agreed let the Doctor handle it if you start getting signs of gyno tell him asap.

My doc say's I dont need them. But my blood work says different for a year or more. E-2 has ranged from 50's to 70's. This doc is not big on trt or hrt, he can be difficult to work with.
