Are you supposed to Stop mid-cycle if you get sick?

I'm starting week 5 of my sust/deca cycle. And I just recently caught some type of cold. (Sore throat, hard to breathe, runni noise, sneezing, head-aches, hurts to cough)

I heard once that if you get sick while your on cycle you are supposed to get off completely until you are better. This really blows cuz the deca is supposed to be kicking in right about now.

So should I continue or kick it until I'm 100%.
 
Keep going with the cycle, dont workout for a few days but load up heavily on vit. C, eccinacia and goldenseal, and r-ala if you can. Drink tons of fluids and stay rested, you should be better in no time. Deca is pretty long lasting so if you miss a few days on your next shot you will be ok.
 
rule of thumb if its from neck up workout,but once your body aches take some rest, I find working out with a head cold helps it go away faster than if I dont do anything,just back intensity down a bit
 
yeah bro, don't stop.

It's pretty common to get sick on cycle especially test because of its impact on the immune system.

Just make sure you EAT.....drink your food if you have to but keep the cals up. Don't hit the gym until you're 100%, otherwise you'll just prolongue the illness.
 
bro, it happens to me every single time I'm in a cycle. Take Vit. C, Glutamine, Rest for like 2 -4 days if you have to, and when you get back to the gym, just hit it hard again. If you try to workout while your that bad with the flu, its going to make it worse and your body will not recuperate fast enough. When you feel better, hit it light at the gym , to get you back on the right track, then after a few days just hit it hard again

I agree, people are too quick to quit the cycle nowadays. I never do this. Stay the course, you will be glad you did in the end.
