i hate it...
i have the bone structure of a 13 year old girl.
small wrists and ankles, really tiny waist and a bird chest before i started lifting.
..... i look bigger with my shirt off because muscle holds well to me but with a shirt on i look tiny. most shirts don't even fit me right because my shoulders and back aren't that wide....funny thing is my shoulders are wide on my body and one of my best bodyparts... it's strictly because of my frame
having a tiny waist does make you look bigger and proportional though with your shirt off.
