Not me. Could be alittle bigger overall (esp. legs) and little lower BF. I know I can get this with some hardwork too, b/c I got pretty good genetics.. dedication is just a huge factor. Ahh procrastination.
 
Yes and No. I think I am fine, but I want to see what I will look like 10lbs smaller. If I look too small for my frame & height, I will make some adjustments.
 
I got a little too heavy recently.

But, I have slowly been cutting a lb or 2/wk over the last month. So, I am getting back to where I like to be.
 
nope, but getting there. now if I could only grow about 2 more inches

No, but for the first time in a long while, I'm feeling "better" about how I look. I'm getting bigger/stating the same and losing some fat at the same time. I'm finally getting to where I want to go. Far from there but going in the right direction. That's all I ask for.
 
im ok with it,im better then average,id could be leaner and bigger but meh im alright with it,one day ill get the dedication to get where I want
 
Nope I could have a better shoulder cap more back widith and thickniess be leaner and a lot hard oh and I want an 8 pack right now I got a 4 pack.

what about the guys who train more for sports than just bodybuilding? I used to always feel uphappy about my body, but when i started training pretty specifically for sports and stopped doing the 1 bodypart/week 5 times a week routine ive become a thousand times more satisfied with my body even from a bb perspective. If i can keep my upper body as is, then add maybe 5 lbs to my legs ill be pretty content

i must say though, when im content with my body, going to the gym certainly gets harder
 
No. I'm too fat and still not as big as I want to be. I want to be freakish big.

What's the difference? I can't train each bodypart more than once per week without overtraining.

I'm not satisfied at all. I won't be happy until my gut is so big that I can't see my penis anymore. I'm working on it though.

well i basically do 3 full body workouts per week. It's pretty rugby specific, so its lots of work for the legs and back, and includes lots of olympic lifts and core lifts. Crazy thing is i barely work my arms/chest anymore (there really isnt a whole lot of use for them in rugby, when before i would dedicate entire days to them) and now they're both bigger and stronger than ever before. I look considerably fuller and way leaner and every couple weeks i keep getting stronger.
