Back, neck, shoulder joints, fingers, knees, elbows etc.. I try not to crack my knuckles, but everything else, I do about all the time. I must crack my neck about 30 times a day. It's mainly when I'm bored I guess for the rest.
Anyone else have this problem? Are my joints gonna ache like hell down the road I assume?
