Is there anything you are into, which is a fairly difficult area of knowledge or skill? Do you have any documentation to back it up? If not, what's your area of expertise? Physiology/Biochemistry/Endocrinology/etc don't count!

I am expert at reading people I can look a person in the eyes and know when they are not telling the truth...

I am also a good liar I know how to make the correct hand gestures, controlling eye movements, controlling pupil dialation ,control my body temp , keep adrenaline down and show emotion and not show emotion when needed to cover up a lie and make someone think I am telling the truth. I can tell someone I am 99yrs old and living on a cloud and pass a detector test.
Infact I have done it and could do it at will....

I'm very good at reading people and relating to people...i don't know if that counts, but i don't see alot of people who can do it well.

i have a hard time reading wimminz sometimes in certain situations...because they're crazy obviously.

i was just going by you're other post bro. You wear you're heart on your sleeve and show to much emotion.. You can not cover it up you even admit that part. You're social perception is just that you're perception has nothing to do with what people are really thinking or their perception of you..

I am a master at reading women's body language and signals.

If more men had this ability handed down from their fathers - women would be powerless in clubs.

lol. pretty much.

it's so simple. you go into a club and ask 'who's into me?' not 'who am I into?'. notice the women who are "into" you. Then pick the hottest ones. Then you hit on them. 95% success rate easily. And you avoid wasting time and headache hitting on women that couldn't give a flying shit about you.

I'm an expert at passing judgement onto people that don't live and believe exactly as I do... And my name is.......... About 1/4 of this board.

I finally figured that out after 20 or so years.. I would just go to a spot at a club where people were constantly traveling (Like the top of the stairs by the dance floor). Stand there looking awesome and watch to see which women were checking me out... Another great spot was outside the restroom... Just stand out there like you're waiting for a friend to come out and the women that come out will be more than happy to speak to you. Especially the fatties that are liquored up enough to see themselves 100 pds. or so lighter.

yea i got a few... i consider myself a jack of all trades and master at none....

lumberg - you may want 'dumb down" your poll choices so that others on C&C can understand. we're talking a 6th grade level here

ouch...

May I ask you to qualify a bit more what you mean by "expert"... is it the fact that you have earned money with it?

agricultural and lawn & Garden chemicals, 20+ years of experience and counting.

My bail bond business has alot of paperwork, I suck at that part, so I wouldn't say I was an expert at that, otherwise I could have names, addresses, etc. at a key stroke..

I've been working as a medical transcriptionist for over five years. I'm one of the best subcontractors in the branches I work in primarily (neurology and neurosurgery), and have no certification.

Talking to a neurosurgical resident when my mother was in the hospital with a ruptured cerebral aneurysm was mildly amusing. When he asked me what field of medicine I worked in and I responded that I was a medical transcriptionist he was actually shocked.

It's actually better to be "Master of a few, Well versed in many"

Those are the people who get called "boss" or "ceo" eventually. :)

I'd say; but this thread would end up 'tween the sheets. :)

what-EVV-er, as the kids would say...

Unfortunately, its the internet - I think many here are underestimated as to what their achievements are. An appropriate question would be number of peer-reviewed publications? without credentials is an odd way to describe an expert, when you ask for documentation.

I seriously love talking to doctors, they are some of the smartest and most curious people around. Some of my docs understand that sometimes they're basically there to vet my diagnoses/treatments. I think they generally get the point that I am also making it easier on them by doing all the homework. That then buys us some time to shoot the breeze.

I've never had a very good relationship with a physician (except my chiropractor). I always seemed to run into the ones who think I don't have the brains to tell them what is wrong.

As a transcriptionist, you're their "employee" and frankly they're some of the meanest fuckers to work for there is (which is why I would never work directly with the physician's office). I've run into a lot of intellectual snobbery with physicians (particularly the younger ones). It's alright as long as they think you're "smart enough" to talk to them or are yourself in a branch of the medical field they respect, but if they realize you never went higher than high school they're amazed you manage to tie your own shoes.
