You've seen it in the movies. They always ask if the person is a cop before doing a big drug deal or a prostitute asks before she is about to get down to business. Now I assume this is to avoid shit like entrapment but I'm not really sure because people always ask what that is about. Not that I am doing anything illegal but just for future reference. Just wanna know what the deal with that is.

That is absurd! What, the police have to tell the truth now when interviewing a suspect too. It doesn't work that way. If you are undercover doing a dope buy, that is the whole point, you are undercover. If someone could simply ask and you had to identify yourself, then just wear your damn uniform than for God's sake.

I've had undercover cops at clubs here try to bullshit with me to get my guard down and then ask for some shit. Its so obvious when there is a 35 year old white guy dancing in a club alone trying to talk to everyone and be their friend.

Once my friend had a lady ask him if the ever had his dick sucked on camera. He knew right away she was a cop.

Or worse yet, these fuckers will bust some low level rec user like most of us and throw everything at them to help them narc on someone else who that person usually doesn't even really know. This happened to my best friend back in my senior year of high school. The fuckers even waited until he turned 18 so that he HAD to cooperate. They ruined the life of a pretty innocent rec user 18 year old for the sake of a little bust to help them het promotions.

Cops will do whatever it takes to make themselves look good to the media, the supervisors, etc. Rec users have as much to fear as dealers. Watch out all.
