looks like a good start.

click on the 'SUPPLEMENTS' option at the top of the page and youll find some great stuff.

Theoretically, yes. Food is the most anabolic supplement of all, and it's not even illegal.

Stuff like prohormones, steroids, glucose disposal agents, CNS stimulants, etc - will just speed you to your goal faster, they are not nescessary for muscle gain. People got plenty big and ripped in the old days before all of the above were popularized.

IMO...creatine is a waste of money....I hear it not working for more people then it does work.

i must strongly disagree!
i've had great results with creatine, and a higher cal diet.

That is why I said, IMO......but I do know of a few that have seen results.

How much of a higher calorie diet could attribute to that? :D

tried high cal routines.
tried high cal and creatine routines.

better results with the highher cals/creatine combo.

reg creatine doesnt seem to work for all--but if it doesnt there are those tricreatine malate mixes that work for those that are more resistant because they are more water soluble

I'm just messing with you.

I've only seen water weight that is lost after the dosage is stopped. But everyone is different.

thats true.
but that water retention makes you look bigger and makes you lift heavier.

surely, it is lost once creatine use ceases but its cheap, safe, and effective.
