-EDIT- just read the forum rules so I changed this the best i could... not quite sure how to delete posts sooo sorry :P
What would be best for a beginner? i wanna gain as much as possible

weeks 1-10 250mgs of deca weekly
starting week 4 d-bol at 20mgs a day for 7 weeks
weeks 11-12 pct nolva 10-20mgs daily
then clomid starting week 12 to week 13 at 50mgs a day
.5mgs arimidex weekly for 10 weeks at start

400mgs of test weekly for 12 weeks
20mgs of dbol daily for 4 weeks at start
.5mgs of arimidex weekly for 12 weeks at start
pct nolva 40mgs daily for 2 weeks
pct nolva 20mgs daily for 2 more weeks

5'3", 151lbs, 22

how long you been lifting?

I'd say you're too young and too small to use aas....you need to hit your genetic potential and lift your ass off with good diet and training for 5 years before you even think of juicing.

I agree with Traz.
Both of those cycles though are too much for a beginner. too many compounds fr a first cycle. But I gotta ask what does your diet look like on a meal to meal basis.
 
I usually eat pretty decent. Breakfast is usually 3 oranges and some yogurt, lunch is 2 chicken and lettuce wraps, dinner is either potatoes with steak and corn or brown rice with tofu and pineapple... not quite sure if i answered that right but thats a pretty normal day. i rarely eat THAT unhealthy, unless im in a hurry.
 
I agree with Traz.
Both of those cycles though are too much for a beginner. too many compounds fr a first cycle. But I gotta ask what does your diet look like on a meal to meal basis.

A 1st cycle should be something simple such as 500mg TEST ENAN per wk for 8-10 wks.

Welcome to EF.....it's not that you're eating unhealthy, you're not eating nearly enough..

Also, to fix the "in a hurry" thing, you'll wanna make a few days worth or food and store it 1-2x a week.....Foreman Grill is your friend, so is chicken, turkey, tuna, egg whites, brown rice, yams, sweet or red potatoes, green veggies, WATER...

EAT, EAT, EAT! Dude, you are getting NO cals there. Eat 5-7 times a day. I would also knock out the tofu and replace with fish or turkey.

Eat properly before juicing. You will grow.
