Shirts can add a couple hundred pounds to the press.
dusty2 said:Maybe i'm a stupid moron for asking this question but why do many of the top pro bodybuilders go topless in the gyms?
BodyByFinaplix said:and very short shorts or spandex shorts allow a great deal of freedom, do not get in the way, and allow you to show off without striping down.

I am not at all shocked to hear this advice from you.
We've covered the spandex shorts(bike shorts) in the gym on many a thread. It was deemed "10 guys in a hot tub" gay, and I don't even want to get started on whatever "very short shorts" might mean. That to me screams "15-20 guys in a hot tub with some Erasure playing" gay.

so, you are saying my spandex unitard is gay?
