Are PH for me?

Greetings! New to the site, love what I see so far. I've been doing research on this stuff for a few days now. I wanted to get some advice from some of you veterans.

I have attached a pic. I'm 5'10, 200 lbs. I have no idea what my bf % is, 15? 20? higher? What do you think? Anyways I'm thinking of either doing beast stack or katana stack from Mr Supps. I have just recently 2 weeks ago began to eat very clean again.

The only PH i've ever taken was one called Dragon a year back because 2 of my friends had great results from it. It was okay I'd say. I gained about 12 pounds from 1 bottle of it but pretty much lost all my gains after, and yes i kept training hard.

I'm not looking for anything super specific....not huge mass or super skinny cut...maybe somewhere in between. Based on my body and goals, what do yall think?

Any input is greatly appreciated.

You need to do way more research mate, get your diet in check for longer than a few months and keep reading this forum.

Read, read, read and you'll find all you need then ask some questions when you have a specific cycle in mind and are ready.

Sounds like you really need to research PCT as suggested or you'll lose all your hard earned gains again no matter what you cycle!

You definitely need to listen to these guys and get yor diet and training down first. Then you need to do a WHOLE LOT of PCT research

I would stay away from the PHs until you get your bodyfat lower first at the least.

A great example of your current training and diet would go a long way too, and we can help you get to where you need to be by giving you advice and opinions on it bro ;)
 
First off thanks for the replies. My apologies at not reading all the stickies first. Okay roger that I'll eat clean for at least a few months before I consider taking anything and also really check out the proprt pct.

I am 25 years old. Because of my job I work 14 hr days on a 3 on 2 off 2 on 3 off schedule. So I can only train 1/2 of the days a months otherwise I get less than 7 hours of sleep. I've been eating paleo (chicken breasts, tuna, eggs, veggies, nuts, fruits) mostly except foor some whole grain bread on training days for around 2500 cals/day. Obviously you can tell I've only been eating like this for 2 weeks otherwise I would have less fat ><.

My training consists of very traditional compound lifts. Usually do between 4-6 reps of 4 sets of squats, dlifts, bench press, military press, upright rows, pull ups, and some curls, that's it. That's just what I've been doing. Always down for change.

Edit: I also love to run. I know my pic doesn't portray it but over the last year I've lost 60 pounds. When I have time I like to run 3-5 miles daily (after weights). I think this will have to stop if I take any of this hc stuff though ><.

First bro welcome to ef. Next great job on losing the 60lbs. I agree with rickrock. Right now would be the time to run your diet and get a good foundation built bro. Once you have done this a ph cycle would be a great place to start. Dont let beast fool you bro it is a VERY powerful oral steroid so proper pct and liver support is a must. Please ask questions because as my boy EZ said we are here to help you.

I helped him by telling him to read the stickies which is full of great advice and he is clueless because he has no idea of his bf %, no idea about proper PCT and only recently started eating clean.. didn't mean to come across high and mighty but I did help.him by recommending that he read the stickies..

I know people will say you need to lose body fat first but if you're gonna do a cycle, do a cutting cycle
Lose weight for 6 weeks and once it slows down get on helladrol or something and keep burning the fat, looks like you have plenty of muscle underneath it all you'd be pleased
 
You are asking about Pro Hormones...correct? Sorry, I'm not around much but I'm trying to help when and where I can.

I'm not a huge pro hormone fan but anything that Need2 puts out and puts his stamp of approval on, I'll stand by and being quality stuff.

I have a client now that works Five 14's straight, then 4 days off then repeats. He hits 2 days when he is off and 2 when he works. The key on his work days is to train on his 2nd day of work and possibly on his 3rd day (best when you are working 5 hard days in a row).
