Hello,
I was wondering if any of these hundreds of pills:

actualy help burn fat? Or are they more of a glorified caffine pill. I know that the only way to loose weight is proper diet and exercise, but do these suplements help? Is there a signifigant ammount of calories burned when taking these? i would apreciate any information, or thoughts on this. Thank you in advance.
