i never realized this was possible, until I read a MM article.
did it today, after my sets, woah sore.

i can see it adding many lbs to my bench
 
hard to expalin, but i just squeeze me shoulder together hard, and try to do a wrestler bridge kind of thing on the bench.
feel like im gonna bend in half

A lot of times my back is the sorest part of my body after bench, just from the arch, lol.
 
Love that backbend thing you do bigguns! As clumsey as I am, I think I'd miss the bench altogether and hit my head on the floor!

no, no. ive seen you arch your back plenty of times. you just lack....motivation!
