Hi everyone, does anyone have any tips on how to cut the appetite. I am training alot and am currently on a cycle of winny. I feel hungry and am having trouble staying within my desired caloric intake. I want to try and cut the hungry. I am thinking about competiting in Nov and for the first time in my life I am having trouble with my discipline. The past 2 weeks have been difficult. Guidance required on how to get back on track

Without dappling in the these may, these may not work supplements.... I would increase my fiber intake with water. Although I am sure you are drinking alot of water... how much fiber are you taking in? Most women, including myself actually don't get ENOUGH fiber. Anyways, it should curb your appetite to help you get over this hump. Good luck w/ the competition!!

I am in contest prep right now and I TOTALLY understand your issue!!!! lol I have found that sitting down with a big bowl of fresh, raw cauliflower and/or broccoli with a TINY bit of ranch dressing does the trick.

Your body burns more calories digesting broccoli than the broccoli has in its caloric makeup to begin with.

Excellent. Thank you so much for all your comments. I will go and get some brocoli :)

When I work on the ambulance, I keep a HUGE bag of raw veggies. I kinda just munch all day. When I eat a meal, it is small but thats a good thing because the veggies keep me really full.

If you aren't into stimulants or slight stimulants like synephrine... All the advice that has been given is great advice.

For me essential fatty acids with complex carbs (especially oats) will go a long way to keeping you full... Which is better, in my opinion, than curbing your appetite.

Eating whole oats/oatmeal as we speak... they reduce my appetite a lot....
