I had the same symptoms a few years ago in the military while also trying to bulk. Dbol always increases my appetite so I know something was wrong.

I went to the doc and they could find anything wrong with normal tests including an upper GI series so they put a camera down my throat into my stomach and saw that I had an ulcer.

I would suggest you see a GI doc right away.
