I have nothing against UG labs as long as they are above board with the doses and products are sterile enough to trust injecting ....
Anyone with enough IQ to drive a car can convert powders if you have a place for it ( as in you don't live with mommy and daddy still ) it's not really rocket science type stuff ..
But doing a 5g 100 conversion and selling the product labeled 200mg is the cheat i'd look to expose as much as no active product suspended within the oil ...
Buying powders and supplies in bulk costs peanuts to build a vial selling for $150.00 or better online .. test powders @ < $2.00 per Gram cost next to nothing to make a 10ml vial ...
But not all of us have the luxury of being a brewmaster considering some of us share a house with a wife ( or husband if your a fag ) and kids .

Legit UG product i prefure over human grade labs just for the price .. primo is a perfect example .. i guess parabolan would be as well considering it's hardly manufacture anyplace any longer ( except france i think )
