Anything natural work at all for boosting T?

I live in Asia, although not in a liberal country and still can't get any HCG or Clomid. My testosterone has been suppressed due to frequent viral infections (no immune abnormalities show up though). I was prescribed testosterone which reduced the infections but at the age of 28, TRT forever is not my cup of tea. The second doctor I went to at first said he would prescribe me HCG and see if it worked or not, but then on my visit to get it suddenly changed his mind, I'm thinking it may be illegal here.

The first doctor seemed fairly liberal as well, was willing to prescribe HGH and T but no HCG or Nova or Clomid. I don't have the time or money to go back to the US for treatment, is there anything natural besides zinc that has more than anecdotal evidence going for it? I have looked up threads on Mr Nelsons products but found no one who posted before and after tests although some promised they would, so it makes me suspicious. Any thoughts?

Omega 3 and ZMA? Although I think the effect of these might be connected to lack of omega 3 and zink in your system.
Ephedra and clenbuterol has proven anticatabolic. There is natural alternatives, so called testosteron boosters such as Tribulus terrestris aso. With effect spoken of.

I find the zinc is effective if I haven't taken it in awhile. Magnesium causes me to use the bathroom all the time, in fact I'd advise against using ZMA because I've had urine problems ever since taking it years ago.

I know this heretical on this board, but I'm not looking for muscle building as much as pure testosterone. If it does both so be it. I can see how ephedra could be useful for pushing through a workout, but never heard of it as a test booster, can anyone confirm?

^Mods, can you move this to supplements, I think I should have posted there in the first place, thanks.

Ephedra will not boost your testosterone in any way. But, on the other hand it is anti-catabolic and performance enhancing which will help you push through workouts. And as a result, might help your testosterone indirectly as intense training of big muscle groups stimulates LH, which again works on the testicles to produce more testosterone.

Get some unleashed, I am very happy with it and just orderd a few more bottles. Try it with some Dermacrine, it is s nice combo.

dermacrine will do the exact opposite. dermacrine is supressive, it will add to the problem. sustain alpha on the other hand has been proven time and time again to be a huge contributor to natural testosterone recovery

In which country are you located? If we know, someone might be able to give you specifics about what's available to you or not. Revealing the country you live in isn't going to put you at risk, unless there are only like 10 people in the country.
