Hi Djeclipse, thanks for the link, have already read and sort of understood the program last night, looked good, problem is i dont have excel in order to download the spreadsheet program, so dont really know where to start looking at how i work out poundages and max reps, so was sort of on the lookout for something more "available", did download a program called openoffice, which is compatable to micro excel, but no luck there and wont allow me to open....anyway thanks again, happy training!
