anyone use muscle milk?

sorry if its the wrong forum...anyone use muscle milk? would it be okay to use this while cutting??? without juice?
 
Tastes great, but better for bulking prolly. I even saw a root beer flavor at one time. Don't know if they still make it though.
Banana creme is good. They also have cookies and cream. Sounds too good for a cutter.
 
Muscle milk is the shizzle!

It's the best tasting stuff I have ever tasted by far! Try the cookies n cream or peanut butter and chocolate. Mix with water or milk, either way it still tastes great.
 
is the fat in it saturated? it must be to claim its similarity to breast milk.
heres an idea...add olive oil to regular protein powder to get a healthier, cheaper version of the same thing
 
this fucking trainer at the gym down the street hypes this stuff, and every other customer wants muscle milk just cuz he said its good. the other half of them want detour bars or xenadrine. unreal. its basically just as well to drink flax mixed with whey. what is so great about this stuff i ask?
 
I mix 1 scoop of muscle milk with 1 scoop of All The Whey..

i believe the difference is that muscle milk is alot more expensive, has "root beer flavor", and is loaded with saturated fat!

...did i mention it comes in root beer?

i can get it dirt cheap at work, but you know what? i chug all this shit anyway. i'm not drinking protein drinks for enjoyment, that is for sure. its a part of the daily regimen if you want to put on muscle, drink your protein. no need to make it yummy. i'll go eat some ice cream or something if i want a root beer float. :D real men drink nasty ass whey with make you gag flax oil. :) i have just about had it with muscle milk, i'm fighting the next guy who comes in and buys it. :mad: :D
 
lol when my woman has a baby you know im trying it. shit ill be able to up my kcals by like 1000 and ill never have to get out of bed! ill even be able to eat during sex!
 
Why not just go right to the source and use real breast milk mixed with nitrotech.... prolly 270000% better than anything else. think of the slabs of pure muscle you will pack on......know any lactating women who would be willing?
 
I had a can of it. Tasted awesome, but I didn't feel as lean(probably psychological). The fat in it is supposed to be all MCT's though.
 
it is high in saturated fat...not even kidding, u know what sold me???? i got root beer float...when it said, "if used with milk, it tastes like a real milk shake...honestly!!!!" oh well...im a sucker...next thing ya know, il load up on the cell-tech, nitro-tech combo

3. Drinking the recommended dose of Muscle Milk can make you go broke quicker than a primo winny stack. :D okay...not really...

Its my first choice as well, 8gms sat fat, not that high a Mc donald's small regular patty which is not much bigger than a quarter has 10 gms. I get strong and lean on the shit, and it is the best tasting powder out there. THINK LEAN LIPID.:)
 
I've used it for both cutting and bulking. I'm also finding that I like it halved with a scoop of Prolab Lean Mass Matrix for higher protein and fiber content, but the LMM gives it almosta "fruity" berry taste, even though they're both chocolate.
 
ok i'm gonna use it guys. i'm gonna do it plus one tbsp flax and one scoop whey. make a big fat/protein bomber shake. for later in the day after all the carbs post w/o.
 
i just tried the vanilla creme with milk today...fuckin rocks...seriously tastes like a milkshake...while cutting...is it okay to take this before bed??? it doesnt have many carbs, but is high in fat?

i believe their label warns against using before bed due to the fat. but i always use a myoplex packet with flax before bed and never had a problem of getting fatter. just time releases the protein even moreso.

i lied, the label says "it will make you less anti-catabolic to take MM before bed, and wake up anabolic". :D they know their shit like the FED. :p
 
was reading this a few days ago, I think you all should know that the saturated fats in the MM are MCT's, I do a blast of mm 1 or 2 hrs. pre workout the mct's provide excellant energy and fat burning,
Taste don't mean shit to me I do milk and egg at evening lockdown and it fucking tastes nasty but it is long lasting , point being the mm taste is not an issue w/me, since I started it a few months ago it has had a dramatic affect, but maybe its just me...
 
i love the stuff id rather have fats in an mrp over carbs

i also use it pre workouts for long training sessions and i feel it helps!!

since it has slow digesting proteins and fats mainly when should i take it pre workout to help with lasting energy????

right now i go about 1 hr before my workout??
 
taking it preworkout...is it okay if i do cardio after i lift and take MM preworkout...i wouldnt wana waste time on cardio, just burning off the muscle milk
 
Remember the sat. fats are MCT's, these are not digested they pass straight into the blood stream enter the liver and are converted into energy , hence a great preworkout "meal"
very good if you are cutting, trust me....
 
maybe i will take it sooner and see how it works
