anyone use muscle milk?

I've used it for both cutting and bulking. I'm also finding that I like it halved with a scoop of Prolab Lean Mass Matrix for higher protein and fiber content, but the LMM gives it almosta "fruity" berry taste, even though they're both chocolate.
 
ok i'm gonna use it guys. i'm gonna do it plus one tbsp flax and one scoop whey. make a big fat/protein bomber shake. for later in the day after all the carbs post w/o.
 
i just tried the vanilla creme with milk today...fuckin rocks...seriously tastes like a milkshake...while cutting...is it okay to take this before bed??? it doesnt have many carbs, but is high in fat?

i believe their label warns against using before bed due to the fat. but i always use a myoplex packet with flax before bed and never had a problem of getting fatter. just time releases the protein even moreso.

i lied, the label says "it will make you less anti-catabolic to take MM before bed, and wake up anabolic". :D they know their shit like the FED. :p
 
was reading this a few days ago, I think you all should know that the saturated fats in the MM are MCT's, I do a blast of mm 1 or 2 hrs. pre workout the mct's provide excellant energy and fat burning,
Taste don't mean shit to me I do milk and egg at evening lockdown and it fucking tastes nasty but it is long lasting , point being the mm taste is not an issue w/me, since I started it a few months ago it has had a dramatic affect, but maybe its just me...
 
i love the stuff id rather have fats in an mrp over carbs

i also use it pre workouts for long training sessions and i feel it helps!!

since it has slow digesting proteins and fats mainly when should i take it pre workout to help with lasting energy????

right now i go about 1 hr before my workout??
 
taking it preworkout...is it okay if i do cardio after i lift and take MM preworkout...i wouldnt wana waste time on cardio, just burning off the muscle milk
 
Remember the sat. fats are MCT's, these are not digested they pass straight into the blood stream enter the liver and are converted into energy , hence a great preworkout "meal"
very good if you are cutting, trust me....
