Anyone use elbow sleeves?

I was wondering if anyone uses the pro wrist strap elbow sleeves.

The sizes listed are by body weight. Anyone have any more info like what elbow and bicep circumference fits what size?

Are there other sleeves that people use that they like? I want something that's not neoprene.

I use sleeves, but they are neoprene. When I lift heavy, I have to wear the sleeves or by the end of my second or third working set, my joints won't allow me to continue. Not sure why you don't want neoprene...*shrugs*

I frequently use neoprene elbow sleeves, and occasionally use Inzer elbow sleeves.
The neoprene keeps my elbows warm and snug, but offer very little performance.
Cinched up Inzer elbow sleeves help lock out pressing movements.
