24 days of Halodrol-50 basically taken on workout days (4-5 days per week). Here's my assessment of what I'm experiencing: good strength gains from the Halodrol-50 on all exercises; great pumps from the Halodrol-50 & NO2; and great energy from the Instone Leanfire Inferno. This assessment may be totally accurate or the pumps/energy/strength that I am experiencing may be due to all 3 of these supps working together synergistically...but since this combination of supps is working so well for me, I don't want to mess with it (especially due to the fact that I tend to be a 'low responder' to OTC supps).
My overall assessment is that if you want to try an OTC supp that is as close to 'real' AAS that you can get legally, try Halodrol-50 (since it is, according to the Washington Post, a designer supplement that resembles Oral-Turinabol). Also, if you want a supp that increases energy (and tends to suppress your appetite) try Instone Leanfire Inferno.
