everyday of the week...just very low volume and high intensity...maybe 7 1/2 hour sessions...........just curious...

Nope, not even time to rest. Lifting everyday(especially at high intensity) would be very detrimental i believe. Remember you don't grow in the gym, you grow from rest ;)

even if its a 1/2 hour that won't matter, your still lifting EVERY day, you need 24 hours of rest at the very least. Maybe I can explain this better when I'm in thinking mode :) Right now isn't the best time heh

couldnt' have said it better myself bro. You grow at home eating and recovering (mad protein) i suggest 3-4 days of working out thats a bout right anything more i would think is too much.

actually, you grow during sleep.............but you get the point...

I'll put my wallet on one of our bros traing 7x a week.....easyyy

nothing wrong with short xtra workouts. it can be used for active recovery, bringing up weak points, etc.

My legs would need 24 hour recovery from my chest workout?

Short everyday is fine and as long as there is 3-4 days between same exercise, it might be better as somebody mentioned with the active recovery.

Why do you say that? Training 7 times a week might work if your training like twice monday once tuesday twice thursday and twice saturday..... then ok, that might work. But lifting EVERDAY,(as tempting as it is), just isn't going to do anything unless your a beginner, then im sure you will still get your beginner gains regardless. If your lifting 7 days a week(even if its only 30 mins, you said its high intensity), your muscles just keep breaking down, and your CNS just gets more stressed. Now when its time for your muscles to repair themselves, your taxing them again tomorrow or the next day(even if not directly). More isn't always better :) But, if somoene still isn't convinced, then go ahead and try it for a couple months, I'd be curious to see exactly what gains(or detriments) you make :)
