I have terrible self restraint but know that sooner or later I'm going to have to quit this, so it might as well be sooner, but how the hell do you pull it off? I go 2 hours without nicotine and I become pissed off. Is it better to try and quit cold turkey or using something such as the patch/nicorette and taper off? How long after you had stopped did you stop getting the 'cravings?'
