Lots of guys are selling on ebay, under books as it takes longer for ebay to potentially find it and remove from the site. Jintropins and everything were on there over the holiday week, but really expensive. If you bid on one, you will get many follow up emails from other sources trying to pedal cheap gear on you for top dollar. YOu are right though, public forum is not the place to be selling our books.
