I am in my first cycle of Sust 250. three days away from starting my 7th week. Stat's before cycle was age: 36, height 6'5" weight 226#...
Got on the scale this morning and was 238.5, and as of 2 days ago, my Bf% was down 4.7% from the start of my cycle. Measurements are up nicely but even with more than normal amounts of cardio....the middle fat and a very small amount of chest fat is still hanging around.
I have been eating super clean with 350 g PT per day. Heck I only had 2 days (Kept it in a journal) that were not perfect. One day of Pizza and one day had a couple of Doughnuts. My PT supplementation came from 3 shakes of 55g each.
So I was thinking of cutting calories, PT, and total food intake. I was going to drop the 2 Pt shake and only keep the post work out shake. I was going to shoot for between 150 & 200 grams PT and go into a calorie deficient state to try to help lose more of the BF.
I have 2 more injections to go but I was NOT planning on adding Winny or anthing to help cut.
BTW, I am extemely pleased with the size & strength gains so far.
