Been lifting alot less latley because of shoulder injury. Still been doing legs and back. No cardio. If sheeding pounds like crazy. Still eating. 37 yo been training 21years normally 230-240 down to 218 week as shit, really fucking with me. I hate being hurt. Everyone says how good I look now that I lost weight. I was not fat just alot bigger looking. Loosing alot in my ass and upper body. Might start my cycle just to put some weight on. Its like reverse anorexa.
