I'm Czech, and some of my current living family members are 1st generation Americans. Anywho, what do you want to know? I'm not on the up and up with current Slovak girls in Europe though.

Won state titles in powerlifting and set a state record in the deadlift. 6 something in the 180's. Strong ass lift for a highschool kid. Not familiar with the town. Most of the Czech guys I know are pretty strong. I have a cousin who benches 405 natural, and just works out 3 times a week for fun, and another one who benches 585 for 5, and squats 700 to the floor for reps.

I was benching 315 for 6, squating 405 for 5, and leg pressing 20 plats for 20 9 months after starting working out (was about 195) natural.
