wow!!! those were all great... but i never took any pics of me fat with a bathing suit on.. but can post some real fat ones with tank tops i think i have! stay tuned!

I made this up 2 months ago...
The only training I've been doing since the surgery has been some legs and Pilates and keeping strict on my diet. As soon as I'm over the infection I'll be back in the gym 5 days/wk again. I'm changing my lifting from heavy weights at 12 rep sets to lower weights and more reps (25-30) done faster, to try to cut some more without adding any more size. I've done this with legs a little already and I like it.
Wow Spatts! What can I say. You did your homework and extra credit. Now that is motivation for me. I'm expecting (#3) in 2 months. I was is very good shape prior to but I'm now on bed rest/light duty. (long story (boring)). What did you do for cardio post baby? I've been reading alot of your treads and have a pretty good grasp on your traing. I would love to have my legd tight like yours in 3-6mos post baby.
